Hello and welcome to our blog.
We teach English to very young learners through project-based, child-centred, hands-on, meaningful activities, songs, stories, movement and massage.

We teach massage to parents and their babies through the AFMB and we also work with local schools teaching the MISP (Massage in Schools Programme) to children aged 4 to 12 years.
With this blog page, I would like to share ideas, activities and theories concerning early language development and second language acquisition from a very young age. I want to
share hands-on, meaningful activities for teaching English to your babies and young children at home or at school.
I would also like to share nurturing touch/child massage activities to help you on your way to developing a loving, connected and communicative relationship with
your baby or children in your care.
So basically, a real hotchpotch of ideas and activities for young children and their parents or carers!
I am a trained Primary school teacher specialising in the Early Years (3 to 7 years) with over 15 years of teaching experience. I have been teaching English to children and adults for the last 12
years and for four of those I have been teaching babies with their parents and carers. I trained as an Infant Massage Instructor after the birth of my first daughter and we have all been enjoying
the benefits six years on. Last May I trained as a Massage in Schools Instructor and I am currently working in Primary schools in Quimper, Brittany.
Thank-you for your visit
Polly
